5. Project Estimates and Quotations

All estimates and quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, labor rates, and project specifications. Final pricing will be confirmed in the service agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, we require an initial deposit before commencing work, with subsequent payments tied to project milestones. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule to avoid project delays.

7. Project Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather conditions, material shortages, labor disputes, or other events beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and keep you informed.

8. Warranty and Liability

We provide warranty coverage as specified in individual service agreements. Our liability is limited to the correction of defects in workmanship and materials as outlined in the warranty terms. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages arising from our services.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely decisions, and access to the work site. Clients must also ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before work commences, unless otherwise agreed in the service agreement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the termination clause specified in that agreement. Early termination may result in fees for work completed and materials ordered. We reserve the right to terminate services if payment terms are not met.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan, India.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan.
